Rhonda Navarrete

Rhonda Navarrete, CPCU, RPLU, currently serves as Vice President & Technical Specialist at Berkley Design Professional since January 2023, and has held the position of AVP Senior Underwriter with the same company since November 2021. Previously, Rhonda was the Underwriting Manager at The Dentists Insurance Company from March 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 13 underwriters and providing training and guidance. From October 2002 to August 2017, Rhonda worked as the Director of Underwriting at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, overseeing a team of 6 underwriters and collaborating with management on strategies and risk profiles. Rhonda began a career in underwriting at DPIC from February 1997 to September 2002 as a Senior Underwriter, focused on professional liability insurance for architects, engineers, and other professionals.
