Troy Holt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, economic development, and education. Currently, as the Founder and Principal of Summit Leadership Strategies, Troy specializes in fostering organizational culture and building resilient teams across a diverse range of sectors, including private businesses, non-profits, and public agencies. Concurrently, Troy serves as a Faculty Instructor and Bracken Center Coach at Montana State University-Bozeman, focusing on critical thinking and entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Economic Development Manager for the City of Roseville, various academic positions as an Adjunct Professor, and leadership roles in municipal governance within multiple cities.
