Cindy Thao has extensive experience in the insurance and retail industries, currently serving as an Underwriting Assistant and Rater at Berkley Human Services since January 2021. Prior to that, Cindy held the position of Entertainment Account Technician at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty from May 2008 to November 2020. Earlier in the career, Cindy worked as a Merchandising Coordinator at Shopnbc and Target from September 2004 to May 2008 and March 2003 to September 2004, respectively. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1997 and 2002.
