Jonathan Flower

Jonathan Flower started their work experience in 1981 at Rockwood Casualty Insurance Co., where they worked as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Supervisor for fifteen years. In 1996, they moved to Berkley Industrial Comp as a Vice President, Claims, and Occupational Disease Resolution Manager. Later that year, they joined American Mining Insurance Group as a Vice President, Claims and Branch Manager, overseeing the Johnstown, PA branch office and handling occupational disease workers' compensation claims. Jonathan also supervised the claims handling of their direct report adjusters. Throughout their career, Flower has been involved in various leadership roles, mainly focusing on claims management and occupational disease resolution.

Jonathan Flower attended Westminster College (PA) from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
