Aaron Yip is a highly experienced executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive of the Singapore Branch and Chief Underwriting Officer for Asia at Berkley Insurance Asia since January 2016. Yip is a founding member of Berkley Insurance Asia in Hong Kong and has held leadership roles in the organization. Prior to this, Yip was the Greater China Regional Manager and Chief Executive for Hong Kong at Chubb NA, where various financial lines and commercial underwriting positions were managed over a period spanning 14 years across Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Yip's earlier career includes senior client executive roles in FINPRO at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Johnson & Higgins. Educationally, Yip holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Bristol and completed high school at Hereford Cathedral School.
