Al Roberts

Al Roberts has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Al currently holds the position of Vice President Underwriting at Berkley Select. Prior to this, they worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. for seven years, serving as Vice President, Underwriting Specialty Programs and Professional Liability Programs Profit Center Manager. Before joining AmTrust, Al worked at General Star Management Co. for over ten years as a Second Vice President, where they gained expertise in professional liability insurance and program management. Al began their career as an Attorney at Law at Stone & Moore, Chtd., later known as Stone & Johnson. Al also worked as an Underwriter at Westport Insurance Company and as an Associate Underwriter at Geo. F. Brown earlier in their career.

Al Roberts attended Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business Administration. Following this, from 1998 to 2002, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. No specific field of study was mentioned for their JD degree.
