Chris Brooks, CPCU, RPLU has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Chris currently serves as the Assistant Vice President - Underwriting for Berkley Select, a subsidiary of Berkley Company. In this role, they have been responsible for underwriting and managing accounts. Prior to this, Chris held various roles at Berkley Select including Underwriting Manager, Executive Underwriter, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter.

Before joining Berkley Select, Chris worked as an Underwriter at Member Insurance from 2006 to 2008. Chris also gained experience as an Account Executive at JP Morgan Chase from 2002 to 2006, and as an Underwriting Assistant at Kemper Insurance from 2000 to 2001.

Chris began their insurance career as a Litigation Business Analyst at Zurich Financial Services from 1998 to 2001.

With their extensive experience and industry designations, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Berkley Select.

Chris Brooks, CPCU, RPLU obtained their Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, completing their studies in 2003. Prior to that, they attended DePaul University from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Business, although they did not receive a degree during that time.
