Matthew Mueller

Matt has more than 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including over 25 years focusing on risks in the technology sector. For six and a half years prior to establishing Berkley Technology Underwriters, Matt was with a major insurance company where he founded their specialty Technology Insurance unit and managed their International portfolio. Matt also worked for another multinational insurer for 20 years where his last role was Vice President of the Technology Insurance Specialty. Matt has been a speaker for such organizations as; American Conference Institute, Defense Research Institute, Worldwide Broker Network, Risk Insurance Management Society Chicago Chapter (and others), Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA), on such topics as: Online Liability, Hot Topics in IT and e-Business, Business in the Cyberworld, Intellectual Property and Insurance, Advantages and Disadvantages of Master Controlled Programs, Preparing for and Managing the Emerging Risks of Technology, and many more.
