Adarsh Nair

Adarsh Nair, ARM, currently serves as a Senior Catastrophe Modeling Analyst at W. R. Berkley Corporation since February 2025, having previously held the same title at Ryan Specialty Group from June 2021 to February 2025. Adarsh's career began at AIG, where important positions included Associate Team Lead of a 30-member team in the Middle Market segment and Senior Catastrophe Modeling Analyst managing operations for the US Mid-Western modeling. Adarsh's expertise in catastrophe modeling is complemented by a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University, attained between 2019 and 2021, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, completed in 2013.
