Jake Reis

Jake Reis has extensive experience in marketing and distribution roles. Jake currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Distribution at W. R. Berkley Corporation, where they are responsible for discovering and implementing competitive advantages across all operating units. Previously, they held the same role at Berkley Human Services and Berkley Fire & Marine Underwriters, where they developed high-growth strategies and achieved increased sales and revenue targets. At Arthur J. Gallagher - Risk Placement Services, they worked as a Broker/Marketing Specialist, achieving significant increases in new business and organic revenue. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President at Reis Insurance Agency, managing operations and collaborating with carrier executives. Jake began their career as a Sales Agent at COUNTRY Financial, where they generated substantial growth and maintained a high client retention rate.

Jake Reis attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management. Jake also holds additional certifications in Property Broker, Casualty Broker, Life, Accident and Health from the California Department of Insurance.
