Leo Balestri

Leo Balestri is an accomplished talent management executive with extensive experience in leading organizational growth and transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at W. R. Berkley Corporation since November 2020, Leo previously held significant roles at Sutherland Global Services as AVP of Talent Strategies and at Chubb Insurance as Assistant Vice President of Global Talent Management. Notable achievements include the global implementation of talent management technology at Chubb, as well as founding a consulting firm, Arbalest Solutions, focused on talent management solutions. Leo's career began at Caliper Corporation, where roles ranged from Editor to Business Strategy Planning Specialist. Leo holds a Master of Philosophy from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
