Ron Kotkiewicz is an accomplished insurance professional with significant experience in underwriting, particularly within the captive division. Currently serving as AVP Underwriting at Berkley Accident and Health since May 2020, Ron has also held roles such as Manager and Stop Loss Underwriter in the same division. Prior to this, Ron was an Underwriting Manager at HM Insurance Group and worked as a Senior Underwriting Consultant at Anthem, Inc. from July 2019 to May 2020. Ron's earlier experience at HM Insurance Group includes a position as Underwriting Director. Educationally, Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Geneva College, completed in 1999.
