Cody Hays

Cody Hays has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Cody worked for Berkley Aspire (a Berkley Company) from 2021 to the present, serving as a Specialty Business Development Underwriter and later as a Small Commercial Underwriter. Prior to that, they worked for State Auto Insurance from 2020 to 2021 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Great American Insurance Group as a Production Underwriter. Cody's career in the insurance industry began in 2013 when they joined The Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Commercial Lines Underwriter, where they remained until 2018.

Cody Hays attended Kent State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Pre-Law.

Cody also obtained several additional certifications, including an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes in June 2022 and a certification in Writing Emails People Want to Read from LinkedIn in September 2021. Additionally, they have pursued an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes, although it is unclear when exactly they obtained this certification.
