Courtney Gaines

Courtney Gaines, CPCU, is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at BerkleyNet since June 2023. Previously, Courtney held various roles at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company from June 2013 to June 2023, advancing from Direct Unit Underwriter I to Underwriting Supervisor. As an Underwriting Supervisor, Courtney led a team to foster agency relationships and meet underwriting goals while overseeing the Other States Coverage program. Other roles included Agent Team Underwriter III and Team Lead, where Courtney managed specialty programs and ensured compliance with multi-state laws.
