Arthur J. Dichter

Art Dichter has more than 30 years of experience assisting international private clients with planning and compliance for foreign trusts, cross-border estates, pre-immigration strategies, investments in US real estate and US tax compliance matters. He is the leader of BPB’s International Tax Services Group, one of South Florida’s largest international tax teams with more than 30 group members.

Dichter has been a guest lecturer at the University of Miami School of Law and is a frequent speaker at international tax and STEP conferences. He is a member of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and has served on the International Tax Committee of the FICPA for many years. He has been a member of the STEP Miami Branch Board since 2018.
