John Heim

John Heim is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in project evaluation and technology support. Since October 2014, John has been working at Berks Counseling Center, currently serving as a Project Evaluator and EHR Systems Specialist, leading the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system for a dual diagnosis outpatient facility and overseeing data reporting for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic initiative. Previously, John held roles such as Technology Support Technician and IT Support Technician, where responsibilities included managing user accounts, troubleshooting servers, deploying new software, and improving user experiences with technology. Prior experience includes customer service management at Giant Food and a Produce Associate role at Nell's Shurfine Markets. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Business Systems Analysis from the University of Phoenix and attended Elizabethtown College.
