Linda Bell

Linda Bell is a Lead Forensic Counselor at Berks Counseling Center, currently serving as a Forensic Counselor at the Berks County Jail Service. Linda has a wealth of experience in the field, with various roles at Reading Area Community College including Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, Chairperson, and Professor in the Business Division. Linda holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Widener University, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Linda also holds an Associate's degree from Bucks County Community College.
