Melanie Will has over 20 years of diverse professional experience in the fields of mental health and customer service. Currently serving as the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead and Counselor at Berks Counseling Center since May 2015, Melanie has also held various roles within the organization, including Behavioral Health/Substance Use Counselor and Intake Specialist. Prior to this, experience at Wells Fargo as Vice President involved site management in Home Equity Sales from February 1983 to October 2014. Additionally, Melanie contributed to team success as a Sales Lead at Ann Taylor LOFT between October 2006 and October 2010. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Widener University (2010-2014) and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice from Elizabethtown College (2005-2010).
