Matt Caffrey is the Vice President of Land Operations at Berks Homes since October 2021. Prior to that, Matt worked at Lennar as the Director of Land Acquisition and Entitlements from October 2019 to October 2021. At Pulte Group, Inc., Matt held the role of Land Acquisition Manager from February 2018 to October 2019. Additionally, Matt worked as a Land Acquisition Manager at Rouse Chamberlin Homes from May 2016 to February 2018. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to identify, acquire, and develop properties suitable for residential projects, utilizing their background in construction management and landscape architecture.
