Ben Garcia

Ben Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Originations at Berkshire Bank since March 2021, focusing on middle market asset-based lines of credit for distribution, manufacturing, and service businesses. Prior to this role, Ben spent over 22 years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance as Senior Vice President of Business Development, specializing in asset-based lending and middle market lending solutions. Ben's earlier career includes serving as Vice President Account Executive at MTB Bank, where a portfolio of middle market asset-based borrowers was originated and managed, as well as holding various analytical and credit positions at CIT. Ben earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
