Scott Silvay

Scott Silvay currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Special Assets Manager at Berkshire Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Scott was with Webster Bank for over two decades, holding various positions including Vice President and Senior Restructure and Recovery Manager from 2011 to 2021, as well as Vice President and Senior Commercial Restructure & Recovery Manager from 2000 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Scott worked at Mechanics Savings Bank from 1989 to 2000 as the Assistant Vice President overseeing Credit, OREO, and Special Assets Group, until the bank was acquired by Webster Bank. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Connecticut.
