Wenyu Zhang

Wenyu Zhang, PhD, is a seasoned R&D Director at Berkshire Corporation since July 2018, focusing on global research and development of chemical-based contamination control products, with a strong emphasis on product portfolio growth through innovation, acquisition, partnership, and regulatory stewardship. Previously, Wenyu held roles at The Clorox Company, including Senior Scientist and Scientist II, where contributions involved leading new product innovations in healthcare and jan-san channels, overseeing the development of key products like Liquid-Plumr® and Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes, and managing technical strategies for the Professional Products Division. Wenyu's early career included a product research internship at Procter and Gamble Greater China, centered on oral care products. Wenyu earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA and a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University.
