Becky McAllister has extensive experience in leadership roles within the employment services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Employment Services at Berkshire Family and Individual Resources, Inc. (BFAIR) since March 2016, McAllister also holds the position of Director of DDS Employment Services. Prior to this role, McAllister was the Office Manager at Berkshire Community Action Council, Inc. from July 2010 to March 2016, and previously worked at MountainOne as the Branch Operations Manager from September 1996 to July 2010.
