Madison Schmitt

Madison Schmitt is a proficient training and development specialist currently employed at Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth since November 2023. Previously, Madison served as a residential therapist and youth care worker at The Charlton School from July 2020 to November 2023. Additional experience includes holding various roles at Harvard University as an assistant to the house administrator, and at Schenectady Arc as a direct support professional and day habilitation summer sub. Madison has also worked as a senior counselor at Mission Hill Summer Program, a web fulfillment associate at The Harvard Shop, a daycare assistant at Chris's Daycare, and as coordinator and co-chair in various programs throughout college. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose.
