Erik Phillips

Erik Phillips is an experienced project manager currently serving at Berkshire Gas Company since November 2022, focusing on major construction projects and compliance program management. Previously, Erik held multiple roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems from April 2011 to November 2022, including manufacturing project lead and scheduler. In the manufacturing project lead position, Erik acted as the primary liaison for program management, coordinated manufacturing activities, and ensured the timely delivery of projects. As a scheduler, Erik maintained Primavera schedules for the Joint High Speed Vessel program.
