Julie E. Mitchell, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julie E. started their career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1998 as a Receptionist for the M&A Group, where they managed conference room scheduling and assisted with various administrative tasks. In 2000, they joined Berkshire Global Advisors as an Executive Assistant, taking on responsibilities such as event planning, calendar management, and serving as the main point of contact for partners, team members, and clients. In 2004, Julie was promoted to Operations Director at Berkshire Global Advisors LP, where they fulfilled HR management, operations, and regulatory compliance functions. Julie E. worked closely with the senior leadership team on strategic management and long-term growth development. Since 2018, Julie has served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Berkshire Global Advisors, leading administrative operations and working closely with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Marketing on strategic planning, process development, and employer branding. Julie E. is also a Board Member, Corporate Secretary, and Management Committee Participant. Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated their ability to adapt to organizational needs and contribute to the overall success of the companies they have worked for.

Julie E. Mitchell (she·her·ella), PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Colorado State University Global, which they obtained from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Julie E. became a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) in June 2010, certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Julie also holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, awarded by SHRM in February 2021.

Moreover, Julie has acquired a diverse range of additional certifications to further enhance their professional expertise.
