Mason Schleu

Mason Schleu is a Tech Lead at Berkshire Grey, responsible for leading a team of engineers in scoping work, prioritizing tickets, planning sprints, and mentoring junior members. Mason engineered a scalable data pipeline that processes millions of Kafka messages for customer UI and internal analytics. Prior to their current role, Mason worked at Lockheed Martin as a Cyber Software Engineer and Embedded Software Engineer, contributing to projects related to cyber network interface devices and software-defined satellites. Additionally, Mason has experience as a Software Developer at the National Strategic Research Institute and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where Mason developed AR applications and coded mobile smartphone apps for biomechanics devices. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
