Sal La Valle has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technical support and engineering fields. Starting in 2002 as a New Products Introduction Engineer at Sun Microsystems, they designed and implemented storage solutions, delivered technical training, and conducted live product demonstrations. Currently, Sal serves as the Director of Global Support Services at Berkshire Grey, where they have achieved significant accomplishments such as securing customer engagements and establishing 24/7 technical support teams.
