Brian Henes

Brian Henes, Esquire is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in insurance claims and litigation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since September 2000, Brian has held various leadership roles, including Director of Litigation and Managing Attorney. Responsibilities include supervising in-house counsel operations, improving performance metrics compared to outside counsel, and managing external law firms across multiple states. Prior experience includes practicing at the Law Offices of Daniel McElhatton and Timby, Brown & Timby, where Brian developed strategies for corporate, commercial, and workers' compensation cases.
