Frank Pacelli

Frank Pacelli is an experienced professional who has held various technical roles in software development and integrations at companies such as Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies, Highmark Inc., and Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania. With a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, Frank has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Penn State University and as a Lead eCommerce Software Developer at Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. Prior to their career in the private sector, Frank served as a Cannoneer in the United States Marine Corps.
