Deborah Samuel

Deborah Samuel is a highly accomplished Realtor® and Senior Real Estate Specialist® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties since January 2021. With a background as a nationally recognized educator, Deborah founded multiple successful enterprises, including a custom home construction company and a senior downsizing and estate sales business, SB SOS LLC, which began in August 2018 to assist families in transition. Additionally, Deborah served as the Television Host of the Emmy-Nominated show, The American Dream, highlighting the Santa Barbara lifestyle and real estate on various national networks. Deborah's extensive educational experience includes roles as a Physical Education Recreation Specialist, where innovative programs were developed for high school and middle school students.
