Peter Brown is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Sun Real Estate since September 2015, Peter represents a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, investors, and developers throughout the greater Charleston area. Prior to this role, Peter was a Commercial Real Estate Associate at H. Pearce Company Real Estate, achieving over $75 million in sales volume. Peter's background also includes positions as Vice President at First Union Bank Corp. (now Wells Fargo), where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolio, and as Vice President of Real Estate Lending at Shawmut Bank, overseeing both business development and a significant real estate loan portfolio. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut.
