Ryan O'Shea

Ryan O'Shea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and emergency services. Since June 2013, Ryan has served as a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Sun Real Estate while also running a photography business, RyanOShea.photography, since April 2017. Ryan's background in firefighting includes roles at the Fire Department since August 2013, as well as previous experience with the Isle of Palms Fire Department from September 2007 to July 2013. Entrepreneurial skills were demonstrated as the owner of Virtual Tour Designers from January 2005 to April 2017. Ryan's real estate expertise began with a Realtor position at The Group, LLC Real Estate from March 2005 to March 2008. A solid foundation in emergency medical services was established as a Medic at Charleston County EMS from August 2002 to December 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Waldorf University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Trident Technical College.
