Barbara Higgins

Barbara Higgins is an experienced Associate Broker with a long history at BHHS Cooper & Co. REALTORS, serving since October 1994. In this role, Barbara specializes in residential sales and acts as an in-house trainer, focusing on recruiting new associates. Following the affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in September 2014, Barbara continued as the Recruiting & Public Relations Director while also maintaining responsibilities as an Associate Broker. With a real estate license held since 1978, Barbara brings extensive knowledge and expertise in counseling buyers and sellers, and training new sales associates. Barbara holds an Associate's degree in Real Estate & Business from the Alabama Association of Realtors and has completed various CRS, ABR, and SRES courses.
