Sam Wagmeister

Sam Wagmeister is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Realtor and Senior Real Estate Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway Nevada Properties since July 2008, specializing in residential and investment real estate in the Greater Las Vegas area. In addition to real estate, Sam serves as the Nightlife Editor for Vegas Voice Newspaper, promoting Las Vegas's entertainment history through print and radio since January 2012. Previously, Sam was a Realtor and Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Premier from June 2002 to July 2008. Educational achievements include attending the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2013 for personal development and an advanced journalism class, as well as studying at Illinois Teachers College-Chicago North, now known as Northeastern Illinois University.
