In 1980, Frank and Ron Weisberg bought out the interest of Lewis Bass and in 1988 Pat Parks joined the Weisbergs in an ownership role. The name then changed to Parks and Weisberg, REALTORS. In 1992, recognizing the value of a national brand, the firm became Prudential Parks & Weisberg, REALTORS. Another ownership change came in 2008 when the Parks family bought out the Weisberg interests. The firm transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg, Realtors in 2014.
