Grace Wong

Grace Wong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various multinational companies throughout Asia and the Middle East. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since September 2015, Grace is instrumental in managing the HR function and contributing to the regional leadership team. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources for HAVI Logistics, where Grace oversaw HR operations across 10 markets in the Asia Pacific, and Managing Director of Human Resources for PineBridge Investments and AIG, focusing on talent management for investment professionals. Grace's career commenced with HR roles at Apple Computer and The HAVI Group LP, where innovative programs were developed to nurture talent and implement strategic initiatives. Grace holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has pursued further education in board directorship and organizational development.
