Kelly Parker

Kelly Parker has over 20 years of experience in training and development within the insurance and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Claims Training at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since March 2016, Kelly has a strong focus on comprehensive training program development, including documentation and e-learning. Prior experience includes roles at Crawford & Company as Client Services Specialist and Training Analyst, and at J.D. Edwards as Training Supervisor and Marketing Programs Coordinator. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
