Michael Sharkey

Michael Sharkey has over a decade of experience in underwriting, currently serving as an Underwriting Manager in the Commercial division at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since October 2017. Prior roles at Berkshire Hathaway include Senior Underwriter and Underwriter in Executive and Professional lines. Before this, Michael was an Underwriter and Business Support Officer at W. R. Berkley Corporation from January 2013 to October 2017. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Economics from the University of New South Wales, earned between 2009 and 2012.
