Sylvia Goss

Sylvia Goss is an experienced training specialist and leadership coach with extensive expertise in the insurance industry and a commitment to empowering underrepresented young individuals. Currently at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since May 2022, Sylvia also serves as a leadership coach for Braven, guiding a diverse group of Fellows in their transition from college to career. Prior roles include serving as National Vice President of the African American Working Network at Allstate and as a senior claims adjuster and learning consultant across various positions with multiple insurance companies, including Bristol West Insurance Group and Farmers Insurance. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and is pursuing an Executive MBA at The University of Texas at Arlington.
