Barb Heinzel has a strong background in the real estate industry, with significant experience in business development, relocation services, coaching and mentoring. Barb started their career in 1989 as the Director of Relocation Services at CENTURY 21, where they worked until 2008. After that, they joined Baird & Warner as a Broker Associate from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, where they are responsible for supporting and developing business for a 17-office real estate company, managing relocation services, and providing coaching and training for relocation agents.

Barb Heinzel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences from Western Illinois University. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified Relocation Professional from the WERC institution in May 1994.
