Jess Owens

Jess Owens has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2000, they began their career at Central Wisconsin Dataworks as an Office Manager and Technician. After five years, they joined Noel Group as a Help Desk Intern, where they gained valuable experience in customer support. In 2006, Jess joined Travel Guard as a Desktop Support Technician, and they stayed with the company for three years. In 2013, they joined Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection as an Infrastructure Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Jess Owens earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 2000 and 2005. The degree was in CIS (Computer Information Systems) with a minor in Psychology.
