A former resident of San Francisco, Phil embraced the vibrant lifestyle of Park City and is dedicated to green building and design, collaborating with local builders, design groups, and the Green Building Center of Utah. Prior to these roles, Phil managed Spruce Restaurant from April 2009 to May 2010. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Art History from UC Santa Barbara.
