Matt Gooch

Matt Gooch is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners, where he leads the business development team. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2019, Matt was the Head of European Banking at William Blair & Company, where he spent more than 20 years in a variety of investment banking roles. Matt received a B.A. from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
