Matt Kosovsky

Matt Kosovsky is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and transaction services. Currently serving as Operating Director and previously as Operating Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners since February 2017, Matt contributes to investments in growing companies across various sectors, including technology and healthcare. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Deloitte from October 2010 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing M&A Transaction Services and providing support in Audit & Assurance Services. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Connecticut.
