Matthew Valley

Matthew Valley, CPA, currently serves as Fund Controller at Berkshire Partners, a position held since April 2022, previously also fulfilling the role of Assistant Controller. Prior to this, Matthew held numerous finance-related positions at Great Hill Partners from February 2019 to October 2021, including Senior Finance Associate and Finance Associate. Matthew's experience also encompasses a role as Corporate Accountant at MPM Capital for a year and as Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC from January 2015 to October 2017. Matthew Valley earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University between 2014 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 2012.
