Since the Gilded Age when America's wealthiest families built summer "cottages" in Lenox and Stockbridge, the Berkshires of western Massachusetts have been one of the premiere second-home markets in the northeast attracting buyers from Boston and New York as well as California and Florida. With world-class cultural attractions--including Berkshire Theatre Festival, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, MASS MoCA, the Norman Rockwell Museum, Tanglewood and Williamstown Theatre Festival--the Berkshires offer sophisticated, luxurious living in a rural setting, and BERKSHIRE PROPERTY AGENTS (BPA) caters to all segments of this affluent market. Our smart, savvy agents are as worldly and well-educated as their high-powered clients, providing an unrivaled level of customer service that has made BPA the number one agency in the southern Berkshires for two successive years.

Both Jen and Tim have a long history of servicing clients. The full staff at BPA are well versed in the real estate buying and selling processes and share a wide variety of work experiences between Manhattan, the Berkshires, Europe and the Far East that enhance our skill sets in the marketplace. We are more than willing to answer any of your questions, guide you through the buying and selling of property, or better yet, tour you around and show you some lovely homes, land, or commercial properties for sale or lease.
