Sarah McKillip

Sarah McKillip, CSP, currently serves as an HR Recruiter at Berkshire Systems Group Inc (BSGI) since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Champion Personnel from September 2017 to January 2024, where Sarah held various titles including Director of Operations and Regional Manager, focusing on customer service and client partnerships. As Shelter Manager at the Animal Rescue League of Berks County from March 2015 to September 2017, Sarah contributed to the welfare of over 10,000 animals annually. Additional experience includes Branch Manager positions at Spherion and Adecco and managerial roles in event planning and volunteer coordination at Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue.
