Erica Allison has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Berkshire Communities since March 2006, overseeing over 3,100 units across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. In this role, Erica excels in hiring and developing proficient property managers, creating a culture of high achievement, and managing all aspects of property operations, including financial oversight and strategic planning. Prior to this, Erica worked at Berkshire Property Advisors from 1996 to 2006, advancing from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, and fostering effective on-site teams while implementing successful business strategies. Erica holds a degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
