Greg Collins

Greg Collins has a strong background in real estate acquisitions and development. Greg worked as a Senior Vice President at Berkshire from 2010 until the present, where they were responsible for sourcing acquisition, development, and debt investment opportunities for multifamily assets in various markets. Prior to that, they worked at Starpoint Properties as an Acquisitions professional from 2009 to 2010. Greg also gained experience at USAA Real Estate as an Acquisitions & Asset Management professional in 2008 and at KB Home in land acquisitions and development from 2005 to 2007.

Greg Collins has a Master of Real Estate degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Greg also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from St. Edward's University. Prior to that, Greg completed their college preparatory education at Mercy Cross High School.
